by Julie Meinhardt

Be Safe
Students are permitted to appropriately use their cell phones and applications before school, during lunch while they are in the “dining area” and after school.
Students will secure cell phones “out of sight” in restrooms and locker rooms as cell phone use is prohibited in these locations.
Students who wish to use their cell phones at the permitted times must first register their cell phone numbers with Ms. Scarbrough.
Students will only use camera, video, recording, etc. applications with the expressed permission of those persons being photographed, videoed, recorded, etc.
Be Respectful
Students will set cell phones on vibrate or silent during the time they are permitted to use them at school.
Students will turn off/silence and secure their cell phones during the time they are not permitted to use them at school.
Be Responsible
Students bring cell phones to school at their own risk.
Students are solely responsible for the use of their cell phones and applications during the time the students are at school or any other time they are representing the school.
Be a Learner
Students are welcome to use their cell phone and applications to organize assignment and activity information (due dates, tests, practice and game schedules, service point deadlines, celebration events, etc.) outside of school on their own time.
With prior teacher approval,
students will be allowed to use their cell phones and applications for specified educational purposes during the class period.
Consequences:
