About Me:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, I work with students identified with speech or language impairment. "Speech or language impairment means a communication disorder, including stuttering, impaired articulation, a language impairment, or a voice impairment, that adversely affects a child's educational performance." Federal/State Definition, 34 CFR 300.7 (11) and KAR 91-40-1.
