Three Seniors Accept Athletic Scholarships

Many high schoolers have been pursuing their college options, a few of them have been accepting scholarships to play sports.
On Thursday, January 12, Blair Russell signed with Tyler Junior College in Texas, to play volleyball in the fall of 2013.
On Friday, February 10, Brett Crome and Cale Green signed with Bethany College in Kansas, to play football in the fall of 2013. The defensive coordinator, Coach Nick Taylor, attended to oversee Brett and Cale sign.
All three held a reception in the MHS media center during AEP to sign their official paperwork. Their receptions included cookies and their closest friends and families to celebrate.
