PDC Meeting
December 2, 2009
Present were Sharon Vogelsberg, Tacy Russell, Mickie Crowther, Sheri Harmer, Lynn Kracht, Kris Thexton, and Kathy Totten
Minutes from October 7, 2009 PDC meeting were read and approved.
The PDC annual training on February 11, 2010 has been cancelled. We will each need to cancel our substitutes. There will be video streaming or a CD of the training available. It will be 30-45 minutes in duration.
February 12, 2010 Inservice was discussed. Terri Kimball will present two half day seminars of Marzano. (half day for secondary and half day for elementary)
The elementary will have an MTSS presenter. The high school will have a programmer from Greenbush to talk about curriculum alignment.
We discussed Mickie Crowther’s application points from her college class. It was decided that she needed to resubmit for application points after she figures the amount of the college class that dealt with the activity she implemented, and request only that number to be doubled.
It was decided that we need to remind everyone that college hours MUST be submitted through the toolbox and PDC for relicensure.
Meeting was adjourned at 4:37. The committee moved to the computers to approve and discuss point requests.
