Great Boat Race
To continue our study of buoyant forces, the MHS Physics class will participate in the first annual “Great Boat Race” at the Marysville pool on Tuesday at 10:15 am. Boats built from cardboard and duct/duck tape will be paddled by 2 sailors from the south side of the pool to the north side. We will run three heats and the 3 boats that make it across the pool in the least amount of time will win the “Great Boat Race” challenge. If you have the time and would be able to come out a watch, we’re sure you’ll have almost as much fun as the students.
