ABOUT ME
I teach
Speech, Mass Media, Impact, Debate, and Forensics at
Marysville High School. I am also a sponsor for the Kansas National
Catholic Forensics League. The MHS Building Systems Team is another
activity I'm involved in. I received my BS in Speech/Theater
Education from Southwestern College, Winfield,
KS & my Masters Degree in Educational
Leadership & Administration
from Kansas State University. I have taken
graduate hours from the Kansas University Medical Center, the
Breadloaf School of English, Middlebury, VT, and Drake University.
I have taught at Hanover HS, Hanover, KS, Twin Lakes
Educational Coop, Clay Center, KS, as Deaf Education Coordinator,
Coffey County, KS, organized and taught Learning Tree Preschool,
and the Children's Mercy Hospital, KC, MO, as Director of Preschool
for Hearing Impaired.
I am married to Russell, and have a
daughter, Michal, a son, Weylin, and 3 granddaughters Molly,Macey,
and Mackenzie. I enjoy my family, Marysville Area Community
Theater, reading, and traveling.
