Marysville Public Schools (USD 364) has experienced a decline in enrollment over the last decade. In the last few years, enrollment at the elementary level has begun to grow. As a result, the repurposing of the school’s resources has caused a need to evaluate additional space for educational and extra-curricular use.
The School District is issuing this Request for Proposal to obtain competitive responses from vendors. The district seeks a Comprehensive Facilities Master Plan which shall be the master plan for all major facilities improvements to be undertaken within the district’s schools over the next 10 years.
The Comprehensive Facilities Master Plan shall be prepared based upon the results of the vendor’s:
1. Current Facilities Condition Analysis and Report;
2. Demographic Analysis and Enrollment Projection Report; and
3. Program Space Needs Analysis and Report.
