-Scholarship Qualifications:
*Taken at least 3 years of Foreign Language
*Has maintained a B average in all Foreign Language Classes
*Plans to pursue Foreign Language in higher education (Minor or Major)
*Writes an essay about why he/she wants to pursue Foreign Language.
